ITherm is an international conference to disseminate research and development related to thermal
management, mechanical, thermomechanical and materials aspects associated with electronic and photonic
components and systems in the existing and emerging technologies such as micro- and nanotechnologies, MEMs,
bio-chips, 3D interconnects, cell phones, pagers, lap-top computers to supercomputers, in consumer,
automotive, satellite-based and military electronics. ITherm brings together engineers and scientists
from industry, academia, and government research organizations from all over the globe.
ITherm 2004 will run concurrent with the Electronic Components and Technology Conference (ECTC)
which offers a broad range of current and new developments in all areas of electronic. In addition
to the technical paper presentations, ITherm includes: vendor exhibits, keynote lectures by international
experts, panels on topics of current and future interest to ITherm community, and professional short courses.
